  • Opened or used coffee, matcha, or consumable products generally cannot be returned due to safety and freshness concerns.

     

  • Accessories (like bamboo whisks or descalers) can be returned if unused and in original condition.

     

2. Returns & Refunds Timeline

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

     

  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email.

     

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

     

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
